We currently ship to the United States and offer international shipping to:

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Shipping Carrier: We use UPS to deliver our packages.
  • Estimated Delivery: Delivery times vary by destination. Typical estimated transit times are as follows:
    • United States 2-7 business days
    • Canada: 7–14 business days
    • France: 10–21 business days
    • United Kingdom: 10–21 business days
    • Australia: 10–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates only and do not include the processing time. Actual delivery dates may vary due to factors such as customs, weather, or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the destination country. Discounted shipping does not apply to international orders.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Customs and Duties: Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and/or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. They are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary based on the value of your order and the laws of your destination country.
  • Delays: Customs procedures can sometimes delay delivery. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding these fees and delivery timeframes.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses provided during checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

9.Β  Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lengthy Strands is not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen once they leave our facility. After we ship your order and the carrier confirms receipt of the package, all handling responsibilities rest with the carrier. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a lost package claim.

If your order has been marked as delivered and you discover that any items have been damaged, please get in touch with us immediately at contact@lengthystrands.com. Make sure to include photos of the damaged products in your correspondence so we can assist you as effectively as possible.
